Instructional training for service partners

At regular intervals, WESSAMAT undertakes service instructional training for the technical staff of our dealers. In these courses the fitters and technicians of our sales partners are given practical knowledge on the installation, maintenance and repair of WESSAMAT ice-making machines.

Under the WESSAMAT service partner concept, we only pass on enquiries to do with technical services on WESSAMAT ice-makers to authorised WESSAMAT dealers whose fitters have taken part in service instructional training. Participation in the service instructional training automatically means the registration of these dealers in the WESSAMAT service partner group. We support them, inform them about technical innovations and modifications and supply them with the appropriate documentation.
