Making, filling and packing ice cubes

 

Highly efficient ice-making systems are needed to produce greater amounts of ice cubes for use in the gastronomic and industrial field, for the commercial sale of cubes to self-service stores, catering concerns, deep-cooling logistics, industrial users and for supplying cubes at major events. These systems can be combined and supplemented with suitable components for rational production, bagging and packing.

D 500 Ice Cube Dispenser

Dispensers for the stocking and foot-switch dispensing of ice cubes – without portioning. These ice cube dispensers can be combined with a W 240 L type cube production module.

Ice Making Module Z 2000 W

Ice making module for producing 840 kg of ice cubes a day. For higher production figures, a number of ice-making modules can be installed one above the other.

Ice cube type:
Hollow ice cube, format: 34 mm in diameter, 40 mm high, 25 g in weight

   

B 750 Storage Bin

Storage bin for combining with 1-3 Z 2000 ice-making modules. For stocking purposes and manual cube extraction.

   

D 700/D 710/D 1000/D 1010/D 2000/ D 2010 Dispensers

Dispensers for stocking and automatic bagging of ice cubes. Designed for use with one or a number of Z 2000 ice-making modules (depending on cube needs).
