Ice cubes or crushed ice? That is often the question when buying an ice-making machine. WESSAMAT's Combi Line has at last a satisfactory answer to this question: both if you insist!

Not "either or" but "not only but also" – that is the principle behind this variable ice-making concept. After all with the Combi Line ice-makers, you can produce either ice cubes or crushed ice or, if requested, also ice cubes and crushed ice. Just as you or your guests want.

At WESSAMAT the crystal clear ice cubes are crushed in a grinder. On account of its firm and clear consistency, this crushed ice is admirably suited

  • For making cocktails
  • For cooling fruit juices, dairy products and fruit
  • For presenting fresh, crispy salads
  • For arranging an impressive seafood buffet

and for other purposes and occasions requiring ice cubes or crushed ice.

With the ECL/ECW version, the integrated preference setup allows you to control production of the ice type wanted (ice cubes or crushed ice) in a manner reflecting needs.

Two cooling types
All models are available with air and water cooling for adaptation to the various installation conditions and ambient temperatures. We would recommend air-cooled units for ambient temperatures of 10°C to 30°C on account of the high water consumption (cooling water) for the water-cooled version.
