The compact ice crushers C 103 / CB 103
The ice crushers from WESSAMAT are easy to handle and need only a little space. Due to their gastronomy-friendly design, the models C-103 and CB-103 are very popular among barkeepers and restaurateurs.
The ice cubes are filled in from above into the crusher and crushed by help of the integrated grinding mill. The produced crushed ice is collected in a tray and can then be immediately consumed. It could not be any easier and fresher!
For operating the WESSAMAT ice crusher you can use ice cubes (hollow ice cones, full ice cones, full square-sized ice cubes, but not deep-frozen) from all types of ice makers.

The high-performance ice crusher C 105
If higher quantities of crushed ice are needed for the preparation of cocktails and drinks or the presentation of food and beverages, the ice crusher C-105 is just the right device for you! The ice cubes are filled in from above and crushed in the grinding mill. Removal of the crushed ice is done by taking out the 5-kg-collection tray underneath the crusher mill.

Individual Branding
